When you are driving a vehicle, there are a lot of things you need to monitor. You must constantly keep track of your current speed, your rearview and side mirrors, your fuel level, and so much more. Now, you can keep track of this information through a number of different instruments in your vehicle, but Chevrolet has an available feature that takes everything to a new level. It’s called a Head-Up Display, and it aims to provide you with key information throughout your driving experience. What can you see with the Chevy Head-Up Display? Read ahead for some details.

Valuable information within easy eyesight

The available Chevy Head-Up Display projects information onto the windshield directly in front of you in the form of icons and numbers that are easy to understand. The information displayed can vary from model to model and year to year, but the most common pieces of information you can see with the Chevy Head-Up Display include the vehicle speed, the direction in which you are driving, incoming voice calls, and current audio levels.

What is the history of the Chevrolet logo?

There are a few ways you can maximize the use of this feature. It is best to keep the windshield and the Head-Up Display lens nice and clean so the image projected looks crisp at all times. Keep the brightness levels as low as you can so your visibility of the road ahead is not compromised and set the Head-Up Display to be as low as you can comfortably make it for the same reason. The brightness will adjust automatically to compensate for the changes in natural light during the day and at night, so you do not need to worry about that. Also, please note that if you are wearing polarized sunglasses, you may not be able to see the Head-Up Display, as those sunglasses block out horizontal light and let in vertical light, but the display reflects only a small amount of vertical light.
