2019 Blazer by the numbers
The latest crossover SUV from Chevrolet continues a tradition of innovative design and functionality. It is an eye-catching wonder. It’s a muscular and sleek vehicle that will instill confidence in the lucky driver of it. When you first see it, you can catch a glimpse of the Camaro and other sports cars, which perhaps inspired the look. The Blazer offers seating for up to five people while still being able to contain an impressive 64.2 cubic feet of cargo when the rear seats are folded flat.

Even within the Blazer lineup there will be customization and a chance to make it suit your tastes, as each model will offer a unique appearance and be distinct from the others. Inside the cabin, drivers will find a cockpit tailored to their needs with expert craftsmanship and appealing aesthetics people have come to expect from the Chevrolet name.
Looks are great, but what about functionality? The 2019 Blazer comes standard with a 2.5-liter inline-4 engine capable of delivering 193 horsepower and 188 pound-feet of torque. If you want to crank up the power, the available 3.6-liter V-6 will do the job, producing 305 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque. With that available V-6, the Blazer can tow up to 4,500 pounds behind it. Both of those engines are equipped with stop/start technology that can shut off the engine when it does not need to use up any power, thus saving on fuel in the long run.
Technology is also key, and the 2019 Blazer will offer up ample opportunities to enjoy convenient amenities. The available Hitch Guidance helps when lining up a trailer by showing the center line on the rearview camera. The available automatic heated steering wheel and automatic heated/ventilated front seats can offer comfort on those chilly nights we have in the winter. The Blazer also offers a standard eight-inch touchscreen which runs Chevrolet Infotainment 3, plus 4G LTE Wi-Fi with a one-month trial and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality.
We are excited about what the new Blazer has to offer, and we are looking forward to welcoming it to our lot in early 2019.
