Quick service with loaner when discovered more work required.

When asked about a shuttle to work I have been told that they don���t go that far. Apparently since I work in Jenison, it is out of your area. Even though I only work 3.1 miles away from Todd Wenzel. The price with the coupon for an oil change and tire rotation isn���t horrible. However, I was supposed to get a free wash with the inspection and that wasn���t done either. The technician never reset my oil life meter after the oil change. I understand that these are all small things, but they add up. I go out of my way to use Todd Wenzel���s service department. I live in Muskegon and work in Jenison. I am not sure if I will continue to use Todd Wenzel or not.

They were helpful and knowledgeable. Let me know exactly what they did and how much it would be. And the service was quick.
