Dear Todd Wenzel Automotive Family,
We hope you and your loved ones are as well as can be expected during these difficult times. We are all in an adjustment period and we appreciate your flexibility as we navigate this new situation. Our goal has always been to provide you with the best service in town, whether purchasing or servicing a vehicle. Due to the Governor’s Executive Order, we have made some changes to our hours and operations. We are considered an “Essential Business” for service (including collision repair) and parts only. Therefore, we have closed our sales showroom through April 13, 2020. Please see a recap of our operational changes below.
Service & Parts
• Service and parts departments are considered essential and will remain open.
• 24/7 drop off with key box for service and collision.
• Schedule an appointment by calling 616-975-3656.
• Showroom will be closed through April 13th, pending further notice.
• We are available for questions through contact forms on our website, Facebook Messenger and by texting 616-209-0450.
• If your lease is coming due, GM will be extending with no additional fees to you until we reopen our sales department in accordance with the State of Michigan.
• If you need to contact GM Financial, text the word info for general information, lease for questions about leasing, lease end for questions about your lease ending or options for questions about payment options to 53721
• Our Virtual Showrooms are open 24/7 . If needed, you can shop for your next vehicle. If you would like to take advantage of online shopping, find the vehicle you like and click “create your deal”, then, when we reopen, we will be able to deliver your vehicle with most of the legwork already done.
• Superwash (located at 4130 32nd Ave) will be closed through April 13th, pending further notice.
• All Unlimited account holders will not be billed during this time.
We strive to do the right thing for our customers and employees. We are following the Governor’s instructions and all CDC recommendations to ensure all our guests and employees remain healthy and safe. During the Governor’s shelter-in-place order, our service, parts, and collision center will remain open for those in need of repairs on their vehicle. We will continue to offer an extensive loaner fleet and pick-up/drop-off services. We will also be operating with reduced staff during this time to further our social distancing efforts and ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
Our sales department will be closed through April 13, 2020, pending further notice.

As directed by Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order, Todd Wenzel Chevrolet of Hudsonville will temporarily close our sales operations at close of business today, March 23, 2020.
Service, Parts and Collision departments will close for one day, Tuesday, March 24, 2020, so that we may deep clean our facilities and prepare to resume Service, Parts, and Collision services on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. We will continue to provide necessary repairs on all vehicles, as well as provide an extensive loaner fleet and pick-up/drop-off services.
Resumption of full sales operations is currently planned for Monday, April 13, pending further notice.

Considering the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, I wanted to reach out to you personally about what we are doing here at Todd Wenzel Chevrolet and Pre-Owned Superstore in Hudsonville to keep our guests and employees safe. We place the highest priority on the health of our employees, customers, and anyone else that visits our dealership.
First, we have stressed the importance to our employees to constantly wash their hands and sanitize their work area. If we believe an employee is displaying any concerning symptoms, he or she will be asked to stay home until further notice. We have required employees who have been to high-risk areas to self-quarantine for 14 days, according to CDC guidelines. In addition, all loaner cars, courtesy shuttles, and pre-owned vehicles have been thoroughly sanitized and will be continually cleaned and inspected. Finally, we are discouraging handshakes at this time and encouraging our team to greet customers with their usual warm smiles and waves instead.
It has become clear that we are facing a global challenge that is sure to impact each one of our lives in some way. We are open and here for you during this time. Our sales department is available to answer any of your questions whether it be the termination of your current lease or the purchase/lease of a new or pre-owned vehicle. Home delivery is also an option. Please contact your salesperson for more details.
Our service department also remains open. We have expanded our loaner fleet to limit the amount of time a customer waits in our service lounge.

Our service department is open and we have taken additional precautions to ensure your safety. If you have an appointment for service and would prefer to use the "after hours" key drop - this option is available to you anytime if you wish. Please be sure to include your contact information upon drop-off and a member of our staff will contact you regarding the service status of your vehicle. We also offer maintenance home pickup services, where we can pick your vehicle up and return it to you following the completion of service. We know that vehicle repairs or maintenance may not be at top of mind at this time, but if your vehicle is in need of service, you can conveniently schedule service below at a time that works for you from your phone, computer or tablet.
We’ve taken additional steps to ensure the health and safety of our valued staff and customers; including the sanitization of the showroom and other areas of the dealership. However, if you would prefer to complete your vehicle purchase experience without coming to the showroom, our staff is eager to offer different options to ensure your comfort, health and convenience, including:
